Returns & Exchanges

At Paulia Aurea, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully handled. Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie, we maintain the highest hygiene standards to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.

Exchanges

If your piece does not fit as expected, we are pleased to offer a size exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene seals fully intact.

  • Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same item, in accordance with our size chart.

  • All exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, we regret that we cannot guarantee an exchange.

Regarding sets

  • Bras: May be exchanged if they are faulty, damaged, or if the fit is not quite right.

  • Bottoms: For hygiene reasons, exchanges are only possible if the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

As lingerie is considered an intimate garment:

  • We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before purchasing, and our team is happy to assist with sizing questions prior to checkout. We are unable to accept refunds for sizing preferences or changes of mind.

  • Refunds are not offered, except in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Processing Time

  • If your requested size is available, exchanges are typically processed within 7 business days.

  • Should the size need to be restocked, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • While we take great care in packaging every order, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We kindly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Final Considerations

To preserve the quality and exclusivity of our pieces, any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration of hygiene seals cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
